- Collecting Feedback: We've updated how the product team collects customer feedback! After logging in as an Admin, a new "Feature Feedback" option will be available within the Help menu. Upon clicking "Feature Feedback," Admins will get brought to an easy-to-complete form that contains structured questions relating to the suggestions they might have. This new format gives the SurveyMonkey Apply product team a much more refined and detail-oriented way of capturing customer feedback.
