• As part of our continuous effort to improve email deliverability, we are adding new IP addresses and email sender domains to our infrastructure. Customers who have added our existing IPs and sender domains to their organization’s safe-sender list must update that list by September 16th, 2020. Updating safe-sender lists with the new IPs and sender domains will help ensure email deliverability - you can see the full list of required updates in this article. For customers that do not allowlist (commonly referred to as “whitelist”) our IPs and sender domains, there is no expected impact.
