New Features
- We’ve added some new capabilities to the product to allow for users to make requests for their data, or to be forgotten and for administrators to fulfill these requests. These include:
- A form where users can submit requests for their data
- The SurveyMonkey Apply Support team as well as site primary administrators will be notified of the request.
- The request form will be accessible from our Help Center (link to come)
- User data export for administrators
- This option will be available from the Manage Users table or a User’s Profile. Administrator’s can export all the data and files provided by the user on their site and send it to them when they make requests for their data.
- A “Delete my account” option available from user’s Account Settings
- If a user requests to be deleted, we will delete their account and all data on a site will be redacted.
- ‘Hard’ deletion capabilities for site administrators
- When an administrator deletes a user, applications, or other data from their site, the administrator will be prompted with a warning and if they agree, the data will be deleted permanently from our system.

Fixes and Improvements:
- Fixed a 404 error which some users may have encountered via org profiles
- Fixed a 500 error that could be encountered when using a CRA charity task
