New Features

• Added a column option for the Applications page which displays the Recommendations Received/Sent for that application (disabled by default).
• Added a column in the Recommenders section of the Users page to show the number of completed/requested recommendations for that recommender.
• Added the ability for reviewers to report a conflict of interest.

Fixes & Improvements

• Fixed an issue where text would not respect column widths and wrap when viewing application materials through the side-by-side viewer.
• Fixed an issue where some application download controls were missing.
• Fixed an issue with iOS devices where reviewers would not be able to scroll in the side-by-side viewer.
• Fixed an issue with the "has a response" condition in automations and eligibility criteria.
